Private Small Group Training
No matter what your goal is - wether that's weight loss, weight gain, pre/post natal care, or running your first 5k - I can help you get there. Together we'll increase your metabolism, improve energy levels, relieve stress, regulate weight and build confidence. You can choose to workout at home or In-Studio on training days and have access to assigned workouts for non-training days. We"ll keep track of your progress with bi-weekly reassessments complete with photos, body measurements and weigh ins.
